Omg there is nothing I dislike about this product , I have 2 GSD’s and lord does the back of my truck get messy and furry , this thing is an absolute life saver , what was taking me almost an hour and loads of elbow grease with a vacuum now takes 15/20 min tops , that’s front and back seats and believe me my long haired shepherd sheds like no other , we have two of these , one for inside the house to do sofas etc and one for the truck ... show more

It does a good job of picking up feathers and small seeds from carpeting. The things I find most unsatisfactory is that the roller sheets fill up very quickly, even in a small area, and as other users have mentioned, it is a rather tedious process to change the sheets. I also am having difficulty in extending the handle but have been able to satisfactorily use it in its original position without this feature. ... show more

We've used the original sticky roller holder for years, until it broke at the bottom. The replacement allows the roller to be rotated so the sticky surface does not contact the floor during storage. Keeps the roller sticky, but not stuck to the floor when not in use.

    • Sticker on handle says "Twist Pull Extend" but it won't twist.

The handle won't twist to extend. It unscrews from the roller which renders it useless. The roller works, but after cleaning a small area it loses its effectiveness and you have to peel off a layer of sticky paper. Unlike lint rollers, peeling off a layer is difficult, and the layers are cut diagonally which makes it even more difficult. If their business model is to make money from refills they should make it easier to use the refills! ... show more
