I have been looking for a lip tint with a gloss finish (like something that would tint my lips once I eat) and one layer of this can last me the day without me having to reapply. I bought this a while ago and it did not disappoint. Not only does it have a really wonderful smell but it's so long lasting! Definitely does its job with staining, so do keep in mind if you use your finger to blend it out, it will stain your finger. in terms of moisturizing, it doesn't retain a lot of moisture but I expected this from a lip tint. I purchased this to use as a lip stain. I was very pleased at the amount of pigment and the red shade I chose, which is beautiful. Once applied the stain does last a long time. I also decided to try it on my cheeks and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. First of all, a tiny bit goes a long way. I started out with two small dots and then blended outward. You can use more and build for more color. Very easy to blend, too. Perfect for days when you want fewer steps to your makeup routine. I love liquid tints and I had huge expectations on this one. It smells good but it's not fluid when you apply it on your lips the tint is highly pigmented but too thick almost a paste and you need to use your fingers to get the nice blurry effect and that's messy. Then after a while it's gone and all you can see is a fine line of tint on the inner side of the lips. ... show more

I really want a stain that STAINS and stays on my lips without much maintenance. This was prob one of the better/best lip ones I've used. It's better and longer lasting than many high end products (looking at you fenty poutcicle), and more saturated than I was expecting. I got the shade Dracula Red and it went on as a bold fuchsia/red that faded to a nice deep rose over time. Not too much for everyday wear in my opinion. The consistency is really light and watery, and dries down to feel like almost nothing. Gloss/balm over top doesn't take it off, and it lasted through eating and drinking. My only complaint is it does fade over the day and look a little spotty (my center lip fades faster than the edges), but it fades nicely and reapplies easily. I'd like more color variety as looks like most are similar pink/red shades and I'd love a brighter orange, coral, hot pink. I will prob get another though - for the price it can't be beat! ... show more

Far less drying and longer-lasting than most other lip stains I’ve used. I’ve tried the sweet potato, kumquat, and fig shades so far, and been very pleased with each. There’s definitely some slight wear in the center when eating/drinking, but the durability is better than just about any other stain I’ve used. And SO MUCH less drying - always need to be diligent with the balm with stains, but my lips still feel soft for hours after application. Pleasant subtle fruity fragrance and taste, no awful florals on your lips. Overall, these are the most comparable I’ve ever found to my all-time fave (but sadly discontinued) Peri Pera water tints from years ago. I only wish there were a few warmer darker tones akin to the Dracula red, but this line has a nice variety of bright reds. ... show more

This lip tint has a somewhat red-orange color but it may be because of my lips but overall good quality and the stain resistance lasts long. The smell of the lip tint smells kinda like cherry I think. The taste is tasteless which is good but kinda gets sticky after applying.

I got the shade dracula red. My skin is cool toned olive, and its the perfect shade! It’s also super pigmented while still being comfortable and blendable. The consistency is like water, so a little goes a really long way. It lasts really well too. I only had to reapply twice the entire day because it was looking a little patchy after about 4 hours, and then again it looked a bit patchy after eating curry and fried chicken. It reapplies beautifully as long as your lips have no balm or gloss. Tad difficult to remove, not too hard though. You just need to scrub lightly with micellar water (or oil) and a microfiber towel. ... show more
