Great length, stretch, style, and pockets. I'm so happy with this purchase as I looked at so many different denim skirts. I like the length - just below the knee, the ability to button the front all the way down or open it a bit for more movement, the pockets make it convenient to carry a tissue, keys, or cash. I recommend a slip when wearing tights, but the skirt looks super cute with all footwear from boots to sneakers. I am usually a size 12, but ordered a 14 concerned the denim would shrink after washing. It didn't really shrink, but I'm happy with the fit. A 12 would have been okay because of the stretch - it depends on how fitted you like your clothing. It washed well and just needed minor ironing at the hemline. This is a very flattering and cute denim skirt. I love the button front detail, makes it stand out a bit from all my other "standard" denim skirts. I own several other Esteez skirts in other styles and I would recommend sizing down for all the other styles, but NOT this one. I originally purchased a size 4 because this brand seems to run big and that's the size all my other Esteez skirts are. However, the 4 in this one was waaaay too form-fitting to be considered modest and the waist was very tight. I returned it and got a size 6, which is my normal size, and it fit perfectly. Material feels to be a true denim with little stretch which I like. This one definitely runs true to size, so get your usual skirt size and you should be good. This may be my favorite one from this brand! For reference I am 133 lbs, 5 ft 5 in and narrow/straight through the hips. ... show more

The fit is great and I like the skirt. There is a lot of give and it's a little big but it works. I ordered my size I'm in right now(14). I'm loosing weight, so when I get to my goal I would like to order it again in a smaller size.
