I've worn it a few times while out on the weekend and feel like it had exactly the effect I was hoping for. This is a nice lipstick. I like the color it shows on my lips. Keeps my lips moist. Sometimes I wear it over 24 hour matte lipstick, which dries my lips. Putting this over it keeps my lips moist and glossed. Bought one for my daughter to try.

    • Stays slightly purple for a while
This is a fun product, good for kids or teens. I’m in my thirties and had never tried a pH lip product before, nor one that claims to turn pink from a totally different starting color, and it’s cheap, so I thought I’d try it out for kicks. No sparkle that I’ve noticed, not metallic or frosty when applied. Texture is nice, it’s creamy but thin. No bad taste but it’s not like…a good taste. Just neutral. I don’t like how long it stays purple though. I’m talking like 5-10 minutes before it is pink, and even then, it pulls a cool purple tone. If you like warm toned pinks, this isn’t for you. If you don’t want any purple and just want pH pink, which tends to be light and vibrant on everyone (don’t believe the whole “it’s different on everyone!” claim—that’s just because it’s fairly sheer and everyone has a different lip color), get a pH lip product that is clear or pink to start. The color is great! However, it dries my lips out and needs constant reapplication. At the price point, that is too be expected. If you want a long wear option, go for a pricier option.

I was curious about the PH tinted lipsticks that are out right now. Some of the options are pricey and I wanted to try it out before I committed. This was a great option for the price and for trying something new out. It oddly turned my lip tone a pretty bright pink, which is strange for my skin color but it did work. I haven't kept using it as I don't like pink lipstick but it was better that I tried a cheaper option first! ... show more

It looks clear in the tube with tiny splashes of color. It goes on smoothly, moisturizes my very dry lips. It has no taste and is so light on my lips I forget I’m wearing it. I highly recommend it.

    • Love this lipstick
This lipstick is great! It turns to a nice pink color on me that is about a medium shade, not dark but not pale either. It goes on smooth and seems to last for awhile.
