  • Round 1: Great Product So Far - Round 2: Awwww Damn, WTF Happened!
Second Round: the glue only sticks to my hands, arms, pillows, sheets.... at night but not my lace front? I returned the second purchase w/o opening the delivery—so disappointed and let down First Round: Wow, where have you been all my life! Works well, quick drying, you get up to a 2.5-3 day hold—sweat and you’re not required to use multiple layers like other messy products. Find a good applicator because your fingers are not going to work and you can use what you already have to remove the adhesive. ... show more

  • I SWEAR BY ESHA !!!!!
The media could not be loaded. I had a bad experience with a stylist and the lace adhesive she used 2019 so I decided to try Esha after a few YouTube videos. Since I lost all of my edges I chose to learn how to do this myself. This purchase was NOT regretted! I’ve had this glue and removal since 2019 and I’m just now (2021) about to purchase AGAIN! I see some reviews that say this glue stays white under the lace. I had that issue back in 2019 when I didn’t know what I was doing. I learned quickly that you have to apply it in smooth flat layers and WAAAAIT for it to dry. Rushing and not smoothly applying it will result in a white and sticky MESS. ... show more

  • DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I gave this product a one star because it’s the least bit of start available. It’s goes on easy, drys clear when you put the lace on for sure. Once you have installed the lace front, it feels dry but we all know you have to tie down the edges to slay right? I did that step and left it for 1hr and woke up to a sticky mess. At first I thought I put excess so I cleaned the area. Went outside for a little bit (didn’t sweat) showered and put a slick scarf around my edges. Went to bed and woke up? The wig had slipped backwards and the area with the glue was stuck all around (ear to ear), I’m very displeased. Got2b gel definitely is the way to go! And the remover for this glue? Smells toxic as hell, had me coughing and burns the eye despite not getting directly in it. ... show more

  • meh
I used this glue when I first started doing wig installations for a living. The glue is just okay but there definitely better glues on the market. More waterproof glues at that. If you're just starting out this could be okay but definitely try more options before settling for this one.

  • It’s worth the try!
I googled waterproof lace glues and Esha was one that popped up that seemed reasonably priced. I need a glue that will stick with me through it all. In Texas it’s HOT. I sweat, I have naturally oily skin and I need something that will hold after workouts and showers. I did a lot of YouTube searches for reviews and they are all mixed. I went ahead and bought it because with my skin i can’t just go off reviews I have to try it for myself. I can say 1. It smells like Elmer’s glue. 2. It gives a great initial hold. 3. I would wait a full 24 hrs before testing the waterproof 4. Buy the remover! You will need it. The remover will separate your head from your wig without any issues. There will be residue on your skin that is difficult to remove. I had to constantly wipe my face vigorously with alcohol. I used some coconut oil to protect my scalp and used a fine tooth comb to remove it from my edges. It’s a sticky mess. I am very new to using lace frontals so my accuracy on placing the glue is a little off. I wind up putting it further down my face than needed and wind up with glue all around the perimeter of the wig which is difficult to remove without having the lace lift! I think with more practice I can give a better review but I can say that it’s worth the try for those who know exactly what they are doing. ... show more

  • Eeeh Not For Me…Waste Of Money🤨
This glue was something I wanted to try because I do a lot of lace wigs on myself. But when I applied the glue (and let it dry til it turned clear) the glue was still kinda loose it didn’t hold my lace down in fact my lace was sliding even after blow drying. Idk if I just got a bad bottle or what bit it didn’t start sticking til I added my ebin lace spray and blow dried then wrapped it up let set for like 45 mins then everything dried in place. It could be that maybe I used it wrong or something but I didn’t like it in the beginning. I’ve had my lace on for like 4 days now and it’s holding pretty good now I did use ebin spray on top of it tho so I can’t say if it’s the glue or glue and spray that’s holding down so good but I won’t purchase this again just my opinion it may work good for others like I said maybe I applied it wrong so don’t let my review determine your purchase it may work better for others but not for me ... show more
