Can’t use it for road bikes. Can’t adjust it either left or right on the handle bar. It’s fixed only on one place. The brackets only fits to specific dimension of your handle bar. You need to know this first before you buy it. Just a waste of money.

    • doesnt fit Trek bikes due to diameter of crosscar being thicker
Its a bit of a pain to install as the nuts and bolts both have to be held in place while your trying to hold the bar in place. So if you have three hands you'll be fine. But I figured I only have to set it up once so thats probably not a deal breaker for everyone. Just dont buy this if you have a Trek or similar bike with wider than standard handle bars. The brackets are fixed diameter and wont fit around wider bars. So I bought this for my wifes bike but ended up having to put it on my bike. ... show more

Had to modify a bit to rock out on my daily commuter mountain bike as I need the shocks since roads in Philly are the worst but this adaptation makes the ride real nice on those stretches where I can crank out some solid aerodynamics. Super comfortable and straightforward installation parts.

    • Wouldn’t stop rotating
No matter how tight I tightened everything, if I leaned on it while riding it rotated forward or backward around handlebar. That’s sort of dangerous and could lead to a crash so I returned it. The bar itself was solid, but the attachment was not.
