First, the band is a very very pale pink and not beige as my photo shows. This watch comes with minimal instructions....it tells you to charge it, to download the app for your phone and go to "user guide" on the app, and that is pretty much it. I searched on line for a FULL instruction manual but one doesn't appear to exist. I am one of those who actually reads manuals. The app guide is lacking in actual instructions. You get to choose from a number of watch faces and there are some nice ones that are free and some that require payment. I haven't figured out how to keep the TIME showing all the time, and don't know if that is even possible. I fiddled with the watch, and the app, for quite some time and figured out how to navigate around the watch pretty well...still playing with the app on my phone. I never could get the blood pressure to work after 2 weeks and at least 50 tries in that time. The "help" on the app said "please note our smartwatch is not equipped to measure blood pressure, however it does offer blood oxygen, pulse and yadayada yada". But in another help area it just says to stay still. I've stayed still, I've moved the thing around on my arm. I've made sure notifications were turned ON...I give up. If you are buying this to keep track of your blood pressure, I wouldn't recommend this one. I found the pulse meter on mine to be accurate, compared to my stand-alone blood pressure meter. I have found the blood oxygen meter to be pretty accurate. I made a call to see if it would work. It did, but the teeny microphone is difficult to hear. That is no issue for me as I don't plan to use my watch to make calls. This is an attractive watch and I find the band to be very comfortable, and it is quite long so if you have very large wrists I promise you it will still fit. I have had my watch on after fully charging 13 days ago and it is still at 45% battery. I have had it on a battery saving mode. It has features to monitor your steps in walking and running but I don't know how accurate it is. On a day when I just hung around the house and mostly sat and read a book it showed I had walked over 5000 steps. I'm sure some active people will use some of the app features more than I. All in all it is a nice watch for the money. I just wish the blood pressure monitoring worked, as that is the main reason I wanted this watch. NOTE: My phone app just told me there was a firmware upgrade. I installed it. Now my watch has lost the settings I had put in it. (sigh). Then the watch face started changing the face on its own after I reinstalled the one I preferred. The Blood Pressure monitoring started working but not all the time, and when I turn my wrist it comes on by itself. ... show more
