I saw this somewhere online and I decided to take a chance and buy it. I absolutely love it. The 100 movies it has is a fabulous variety from every genre. From comedy, old school gangster, action, cartoon, even scary. The quality is fabulous, when you "scratch off" the Square after you watch the movie, the picture underneath it is also quality. Overall this is a really fun, and thoughtful gift, or to keep for yourself. I'm excited to try the other ones in the series from the maker of the movie poster. The other poster is for books and the other one is for films for kids. Which has so many movies on there I still love and rewatch to this day. I do not erase the Square until I watch the movie in full. If it is a bad movie, I give it an honest go-then I will erase the square. Even if I've already seen the movie, I still watch it again then erase the Square. When it is all done you can frame it or keep it hanging as is, or roll it up and save it for later. ... show more

i actually got two of these, one for myself and one for a friend (extremely early Christmas gift buy lol). But love the box it came in, with it being rolled up though had to put it under some weight to make it flat. which was really no big deal, but wanted to include it. I was able to scratch off 31 of movies right away, leaving 69 still to see, which i thought was pretty good. My only complaint, was it took a little work to scratch away the gold, and it left, when looking closely, some marks on the poster from the quarter i used. Again not a huge deal. But when all is said and done I am so excitedly to see the other films, and to scratch them off as I go. ... show more

I really do like this poster, it’s a great addition to my wall and is giving me a reason to watch or re-watch these amazing movies. I love movies but I tend to be drawn to horror and suspense, and I would ignore movies like 12 angry men, but having this gave me a push to sit down and watch it and I loved it. There are a few of these scratch off posters on amazon, but I think the list of movies on this poster is pretty comprehensive. Regardless of personal tastes, every movie is generally regarded as great. I love the gold on black look and the minimalist style pictures under the scratch off as well. One thing I didn’t like was the size of the poster was impossible to find a frame for, but the magnetic holder looks nice and saves me the hassle of having to take it out of the frame every time I watch one of these movies. This poster is just so much fun. It arrived nicely packaged, in a beautifully presented long black box, to prevent any damage. The quality is excellent and it’s always exciting scratching off a movie to see the minimalistic and fun icon beneath. Since getting this poster, it’s made my life much easier in terms of choosing a movie to watch. Now instead of browsing Netflix for half an hour to find something my partner and I both want to see, we can pick something from this list and know that it’ll be interesting. When guests come to our house they always spend a few minutes standing in front of the poster and marking off all the movies they’ve watched or looking at us in disappointment when they realise we haven’t scratched off one of their favourites. The only criticism I have for this product is that after a while (we’ve had this poster for two years), it becomes much harder to scratch off the panels, especially if it’s stuck on a wall or a surface that isn’t completely flat. This purchase was definitely a good one and we have found some new favourite movies, although they certainly won’t all be to everyone’s taste. I would definitely recommend this product! ... show more
