Bought this on may 13, 2020. It’s now Jan 2021 and the metal surface of this mouse pad has moved about a half inch to the left, so weird. Only used on desk with razor mouse. So I decide I was going to pull it off and reseal the glue, I could smell it. Figured it would be easy. I take the top off and the double sided tape is covered in dead gnats, mosquitos or flys. Disgusting Chinese garbage mouse pad see my photos. The double sided tape is full of dead bugs. I have only owned this product in a new construction home, I haven’t seen a single bug in my home so this clearly came from a sweat shop in China. Yuck. Threw it out and bought Razer mouse pad. **Looking past the fact that this mouse pad spent its former life as a bug zapper in a swamp in China....the led lights are bright and the surface is solid and always cool to the touch. The media could not be loaded. The material is hard feels like hard plastic the lights around it don't shine bright. Wouldn't buy it again for 60$ compared to Luxcoms rgb soft gaming mouse pad this one is much more pale only if you turn off your light in your took you'll get a better look from the item but I would still go with Luxcoms because it light up bright both in dark or lighted area.I uploaded a side by comparison of both mousepads. ... show more

was super excited to get my xl hard surfaced mouse pad,, but it was a let down. look nothing like the photos in the listing at all. to start it off its was super thin and flimsy if u held it on the end of the pad it would start to bend. if feels really cheap and easy to break. the surface of the board is smooth but the DPI and lagging or bad on it. the lights are a joke is the brightest level that have still barely visible i wouldnt recommend this for gaming at all ... show more

So I was looking for a hard top mouse pad but I also wanted a little RGB. I've had the ones with the RGB on the outside and those aren't that good. They have a thin plastic tube that is stitched to them and they always come apart and the RGB plastic strip gets very dim after a few months, the stitching also starts to come apart. This one has actual plastic and the top of the mouse pad also lights up. So it wont fall apart. It has all the usual colors like Red, Blue, Green, Purple...etc. It also has different color flash and rainbow mode. This is controller with 2 semi flush buttons on the top. The button on the right is held down for a few seconds to turn the lights off. The bottom has a nice grippy texture and definitely wont slide around. The top if fairly smooth and my Corsair Dark Core Pro SE glides pretty smooth. My only gripe is the center of the mouse pad is not completely flat. So when my mouse is in the middle of the pad I can push on one side of the mouse and kind of rock the mouse. At 1st is made my cursor kind of wig out. After a few days the center bump did go down some but it is still there. I also must mention the RGB isnt too bright. I do have my lights on in my office and I can see the lights but dont expect it to be super bright like a mouse and keyboard is. For the price its not too bad. I like it and I would buy again. Pros: -All hard plastic -3 Brightness modes. (Pictures are in the highest Brightness level) -RGB lights are actual lights and not tubes like others -Smooth hard top surface -Simple USB plugin (Cord does not detach) -USB cable for the mouse pad is a very nice fabric braided cable (About 6FT long) -Grippy bottom so it wont move around. -RGB lights are nice, they are not only on the outside but on the top of the mouse pad as well. This is the only mouse pad I have found like this for this price. CONS: -RGB Lights could be brighter. -Mine came with a bump in the center, making my mouse wobble when in the center of the pad. -Not software controllable. -Only has a few RGB modes. Overall for just under 30 bucks I would buy it again. ... show more

It's big! Matches my setup. The metal keeps my hand cool. I'd say the biggest downfalls: 1) the lights don't chase naturally thru the colors, they pause then change, 2) no on/off button, 3) some colors are washed in certain locations (red in particular), 4) priced high for all these issues. It comes with a USB braided cord, but it's cheap, defeats the purpose of a braided cord. ... show more

I want to start by saying that I only bought this product to match my "aluminum" theme. Now, the product itself is pretty solid and works at being a mouse pad. The rgb is a bit disappointing as you cant really control the lighting, it changes colors clockwise every two seconds and thats probably a big no for some buyers so if thats one of you then avoid this product. Now if youre just looking for a mouse pad in general and dont care about the material its made of then I would say avoid buying this as there are other pads that are way cheaper. If you want a mouse pad with rgb and control of the lighting then I would suggest going for the corsair pad instead of this one as the soft cloth goes for pretty much the same price as this one. Overall its not a great pad but not bad either. There are definitely better options for lower prices and better rgb options for about the same price. So I would say only get this for the same reason I did which was to have a theme. ... show more
