Lost keys on my 2013 Neo enclosed trailer, decided just to replace the whole mechanism. This lock looked about identical. Installation went well. I wasn't able to find the correct size main screws. The ones included were 1/4 inch too short. Couldn't find the correct length flat head metric (4mm x .70) machine screw. Wound up using a 4mm bolt 25mm long. They include a set of screws for various types of install but they didn't offer one long enough for my trailer door thickness. Aside from running for the bolts it didn't take much longer than 15 minutes to swap. Seems/feels very well built, I will update this if anything fails. ... show more

I recently replaced the keys on the original RV lock, and then the mechanism decided to give up. So I had to replace the whole lock. This new locking mechanism fit perfectly! It was quite affordable and came with plenty of extra keys. Thank you for the great product!

The media could not be loaded. It was a bit flimsy installing. However, we continue to go through because I was on the road traveling for my birthday. It is not even 2 months later. This piece of garbage broke. The bottom lock got jammed. So I had to pay for a door Smith to open my door even after he removed that part the rest of the handle broke My service animals Could have escaped where someone could have stole I am super upset.This thing could have ruined my trip.Do not buy this.Do not endanger your camper or your animals.Are any possessions in it?Because it will break or even worse.Just decide it doesn't want to stay locked and open on you like it did with us ... show more
