At first I didn't think the device was doing anything. Then I turned up the setting and was like whoa. It felt really weird at first, but then I noticed I felt contractions in my abdomen like when I do crunches. It started to feel warm but without feeling too hot. I like that I can work on my core and abs while sitting down and watching TV so I'm not just completely vegging out. A well packaged, thin veiled plastic that is NOT functional, comfortable, ease of use, lacking in size and fit; and certainly lost in design regarding value for money! The so called control panels do not work (no vibrations or sensations experienced). The panel lights up temporarily to display mode, then stops with no effects. The waist length reached appx.18 inches, while the adhesive pads failed miserably. 🚨Buyer BEWARE, a copy cat that is pure JUNK not worthy of purchase. I ordered this just for the arm bands. The ab one isint horrible, I like the $50 one I have alot better though. If you're sitting down the arm bands work okay, they don't stick worth a damn on the end, but if you switch it back and forth and hold it down with your other hand it works just fine.

So it "sticks" to you body, won't recommend. It does not stick and then you need to buy more sticky pads.
