I am relatively new to the espresso gang so this is my noobie's impression. The quality of the machine is very nice and for the price, I am happy with it. The manual is easy to follow and I had to look up how to make espresso's on youtube because I didn't know what to expect from it. It's pretty powerful and makes a delicious shot of espresso. Works well. Simple to follow the instructions. Easy set up. You will need a milk frothing container and expresso cups because the machine doesn’t have enough room to fit coffee cups. You’ll also want to invest in a mat for under the machine because it’s messy and drippy. I have been waiting to make a review to see if there’s anything wrong with the machine but so far I’ve been loving my switch from keurig k-cups to the nepresso pods.
