I love the tear away feature of this stabilizer. However, sometimes it tears away during the embroidery process when my machine shifts or with heavy embroidery work. It works well for small jobs. The texture of the stabilizer is a little lumpy like so I think that can cause a little skips in the embroidery. ... show more

I was unsure of this product because I have used one well known brand for 10 years but I gave it a try. It is the best! I love the price, size, tear factor. It is wonderful and is my new favorite stabilizer.

    • Great for my embroidery projects!
My only wishes are that they wouldn’t use tape to keep it in roll form, or at least not cut it off at the tape so that it’s impossible to remove. It would also be nice to have an 18” option.

I was able to use this in my Janome 15000 GR hoop the long ways although I have to use added securing on the sides because it is just shy of clamping in. It is still a money saver. The roll is about the size of a paper towel roll, it tears out fantastic. I sewed over the same seam several times without troubles. I will be buying this again and again! ... show more

I was hesitant to order different stabilizer than I have been using but knew I needed a roll rather than precut sheets. The product looked quality online and had good reviews. I am sorry to say this is the worse stabilizer I have ever used, it feels like art paper, texture it tears hard or not at all. I went back to JoAnn's to get stabilizer that was on sale, way better.. IF one doesn't embroider much please shop first and feel of it. Sorry for a bad review. I wasted money for this.. Have not decided what I will use it for.. yet.. ... show more

I used with a two layer face mask Cotton canvas and a poly cotton Were the materials I used and it stabilized them great. I’ve yet to try a thinner cotton like quilt cotton but so far I’m very pleased with its stability.
