The media could not be loaded. This ALR screen is the best. Yes a little expensive but compared to AWOLs screen or others its about half the price. Cheapest name brand ALR CLR 3 screen out there. Received the screen today and no shipping damage whatsoever, but once I got the screen out from the tube I notice a dent on the back and upon inspecting it the opposite side, I notice the screen part was also damaged. I will update the review accordingly if the Elite Screen support team is able to solve the issue. **Update** moving to 1 star. Contacted Elite Screen support and they want to deny my warranty claim citing I was supposed to halt the assembly of the screen once I noticed the damage. They claim this notice is on the label but is not accurate per the attached picture of the label. It clearly reads to report the damage immediately which I did, but do not see anything about stopping the installation or the warranty will be voided. Very disappointed in their business practices. I recommend avoiding Elite Screens altogether. ... show more

So by far and away the best screen for USTs for the price. Yes, it is expensive but it is so worth it. The projector is fully usable in daylight AND with lights on. Mine is setup in a basement so it fights most of the light, but we do have windows with no blinds or shades. The screen does a great job of deflecting light and providing great contrast. Now for the downside. The instructions… they are fine right up until the most IMPORTANT part. There’s about 12 warnings about the screen and how easy it is to damage and be careful, and if it goes on and on multiple stickers, etc. BUT then, ZERO instructions on how to properly get the screen out or unroll it. In the written instructions as well as ALL the videos online it perfectly skips to the screen laid out with the frame then on it. For the most critical piece of the setup, the instructions skip…SMH. Long story short we GENTLY CAREFULLY pulled the screen out of the tube and started unrolling it and there were major dents and wrinkles. I was furious. Anyway, here is where the great customer support came in and special thanks to Johnny Juarez for being incredibly helpful and polite in processing a replacement screen. I absolutely love this and it’s worth the price, but those instructions MUST be updated to include how to take the screen out of the tube and unroll it properly. Ideally, I would have someone else install it. To me it’s easily worth $200-$300 to get a professional install that’s worry free. Sadly, this option was not available and after receiving the replacement screen and having already done the frame prior, it still took 5 hours to setup. ... show more

I built this in about 30 minutes and was easy to build. The quality seems good but the screen is very sensitive to scratches so be very careful when installing it. Luckily I don't see the scratch when watching a movie and can only see it at the right angle and light. The problem is the image quality. While it does look better than a normal matte finish screen, I would say it still is not good enough to watch with the lights on. I would say buy a $200 matte finish screen and turn out the lights. I have to thank the team at Elite Screens as I originally purchased the wrong screen for my Ultra Short Throw Projector and set-up. The customer service team were so responsive and helpful, advising me on the options and ultimately which screen to purchase. And also stayed in touch with me throughout. The screen arrived quickly, was well packaged and was fairly simple to put together, once you follow the instructions that are provided. Once up on the wall - I went for the 123" Aeon CLR 3 - I was amazed by the quality of the picture. It pops even with ambient light. However it comes into its own when it's dark, the picture is simply epic. There is no light bleed, or light reflection, and works brilliantly just as the team suggested. I can't recommend this screen, and Elite Screens, enough if you have an UST projector set-up, like my Vava. ... show more
