Really enjoy using my new Elite Gourmet emmersion hand held blender . The easy hand grip design with two speed button makes it convenient to use and it gets the job done fast and effectively . Very powerful motor and has made it so you can disconnect the bottom half with blade for easy cleaning and storage . I use it all the time now and hope to get many more uses out of it in future. The color is great and would be a great addition to most any kitchen. I enjoy the fact that the beaters are kept with the mixer for ease of use. Now, if I could just figure out how to keep the cord bundled easily it would be perfect. It's a nice little light duty mixer. the beaters are shorter than normal, so I had to be choosy about the size of bowl I used else the beaters won't reach to the bottom to blend everything together. Because it's so light, it's easier to use when beating whipping cream or egg whites to peaks. The part that you're supposed to use to 'store' the beaters, is just weird. It's a totally separate part and is supposed to snap onto where the beaters do, then you clip the beaters to that. It didn't snap on to the mixer, and the beaters were way too hard to snap in/out, so I can't use that part to store at all. But as for the blending power of the mixer, it's pretty good. My favorite part is it's flat bottom, it stands on it's own! ... show more
