  • Great holder
Size: No Tourniquet Color: Basketweave
Great tourniquet case! Looks very professional and matches my basketweave duty belt. Built very well and is very durable. Super easy to put on and fits my tourniquet well. Would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a professional well built holder to match your duty belt. Great buy!

  • If you’re a cop, you need this.
Size: No Tourniquet Color: Basketweave
Great TQ holder. I use it on my duty belt for work. If you have built in padding on the inside of your belt, it may not fit, as the clip is a bit slimmer than expected. A little pricey, but I paid it without much hesitation. Something that you’re gonna want if you see someone else with, and you’re gonna be glad you got it when you do. Hope you never need it, but gonna regret not having it if and when you do. Easy to take on and off. Durable and quality material. Also matches the basketweave material of my belt well. ... show more

  • My experience
Size: No Tourniquet Color: Basketweave
First off, this is a very well made and sturdy case. However the picture is a little misleading. I bought this under the assumption I was getting BOTH the case and the tourniquet, when in fact it’s just the case. On that note, $45 for the case is a little pricey but honestly I think it’s worth the money. It’s not cheap material at all and seems to be something that would last a long time. With this product, you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. Secondly, I tried fitting this on my belt and at first it didn’t. There’s little adaptable bars you have to remove which will fit to your belt perfectly. Just thought I would give my input and I hope this helps!! *Update as of Jan. 2019 - No issues to date. This will be a lasting product. If problems arise, I will update. ... show more

  • It’ll hold a tourniquet
Size: No Tourniquet Color: Basketweave
Very sturdy I like that I was able to size it for my belt so it’s not flopping around.

  • Good holder, but be sure to buy the shirt protector attachment!!
Size: No Tourniquet Color: Basketweave
As a law enforcement officer, finding a way to carry a tourniquet (TQ) that is easily accessible and just as easy to deploy is crucial. This tourniquet holder is very sturdy and looks nice on my duty belt in the basket weave finish with black logo. However, I would NOT recommend wearing this TQ holder without the optional shirt protector add-on piece. I initially bought this holder without the shirt protector and as you can see by my pictures, the Velcro on the TQ itself completely ruined one of my duty shirts and caused all kinds of pilling of the fabric in the area of where the TQ is located. This is certainly not the cheapest holder on the market and to make the shirt protector an additional $10 purchase on top of it for a small piece of plastic is a little disheartening. As other reviewers have alluded to, this holder may not work on all duty belts, depending on how thick your belt is. I wear a 2.25" wide Bianchi duty belt with Velcro backing. Luckily, my belt has a little bit of "give" to it and is slightly compressible on its edges. Installation of this holder took some force and effort to get it to clip onto this belt, but once it is on you don't have to worry about it moving! It will stay put! It also features little adjustment "grooves" on the back of the belt clip for different sized belts (just make sure you remove the spacer in the grooves if installing on a full 2.25" belt, other wise it will be impossible to clamp shut). Getting the gen 7 CAT TQ into the holder itself proved to be another challenge. There is almost no extra room in this holder and it took me numerous tries to get my TQ folded in just the right way to be able to get it to fit in the holder; even then, it took a little bit of force to get it wedged in there. While I am glad I won't have to worry about the TQ falling out, it does make me a little apprehensive on how easy it will be to remove it in "the heat of the battle" under pressure. For those new to law enforcement or those looking to carry a TQ for the first time, I would recommend this holder as long as you buy the shirt protector with it. In this day and age, we cannot afford to be on duty without at least 1 TQ with us at all times. Just as important is to carefully consider where you want to carry your TQ so it is easy to deploy. Often times officers tend to install them on the "back" side of their belts off to one side. While some prefer this, such placement could potentially be detrimental if your arm/hand on that side becomes injured and is unable to grasp or remove the TQ - especially if you cannot reach it from across or behind your body with your other hand. For this reason, I like to carry my TQ on the FRONT of my belt so it is easy to reach and deploy with either hand. It also makes it visible for any of my fellow officers in case they need to deploy it for me. ... show more

  • Good but $40, really?
Size: No Tourniquet Color: Basketweave
Seems really well built and holds the tourniquet snuggly. Doesn’t take up too much space which is good because I’m a skinny guy and already carry a bunch gear on my belt. I’m always looking to downsize what I don’t need but a tourniquet is something that when you need it, you really need it, you or your partners life may depend on it. Only down size is the price, I bought a cheaper one but it felt flimsy so I just bit the bullet. As long as it lasts a while I guess the price won’t seem that bad. ... show more

Best TQ holder out there for duty belt setup. I’ve had many throughout the years, some on med bags, plate carriers and duty belts. Professional looking and protects the body of the TQ, most important part
