PURE JUNK. This unit was supposed to deliver hot water on demand up to max flow rate of 0.84 gal/min. I live in the deep south and right now the water coming into the unit unheated is about 70F. At a flow rate of 0.5Gpm it cannot heat the water past 100F. What a piece of crap! It cannot operate to its own specifications! PLUS you have to install a 30Amp fuse for it even though it's just 120V. CRAP. PLUS you have to contact Mizudo to return the damn thing. This was the second unit we installed (so I had to pay my plumber 2x to install them) because the first unit's thermister crapped out. Pure junk. I wouldn't ever buy Mizudo or Fogati again. CRAP! ... show more

    • Solid little supplement for distant water tanks
My water lines unfortunately run through a mostly uninsulated area under my porch before getting to the sinks/shower on one end of the house. Especially during the winter this can really use up a lot of extra hot water because it takes several minutes for the lines to heat up and get all the way to the taps if it hasn't been used very recently. I didn't need a huge water heater, just enough to supplement the main tap right where it comes out, so we use significantly less of the hot water. Great for that use case. ... show more

so this one is small and goes under the sink.. i was looking for an option other than our standart water heater in case our water heater goes bad and this is working so far. our water heater went down recently and was out of warranty so i had to buy another one in this inflated market so i decided i wanted a back up option and got this one. i am glad i bought it. ... show more

    • Plugs in easily, but your mileage may vary
This tankless water heater was supposed to go on an outdoors sink, so that I wouldn't have to run a line from my boiler to that area. This was supposed to save me money, but it has not. It doesn't get as hot as I need it to, and the water that pours out of the faucet is lukewarm, but not hot. It at least takes the chill off of it in the mornings, but that's about all that it's good for. I'm disappointed in its performance, and I expected it to be stronger. ... show more

Relatively lightweight. We switched to tankless water heaters and it has made a huge improvement to the electric bill as well as in use. We no longer run out of hot water or have to wait for a water heater to refill. Once it is on and running, there is no running out as long as the water is on.

    • Doesn't heat even close to set temperature
This water heater is plumbed directly to a single faucet in my heated garage. I thought something was wrong with it because the output could only reach 80 degress F. After several emails they sent me a 2nd unit. Same result?? They now are telling me to turn the flow rate down. This unit is not capable of heating a single faucet to "warm". ... show more
