I was impressed with the size of the nesting bowls. They are larger than what I had expected. I would warn you not to put hot water in the bowls. You will get burned. The hand mixer has 5 speeds and works well. It is definitely more powerful than I thought it would be. 4 out of 5

    • Only worked a few times... but the bowls and spoons are good!!
I needed a hand mixer for the upcoming holidays so we can bake and mix things.... I bought this set cause it came with a lot more than just the mixer so it seemed like a better deal! I bought it around Halloween so I’d have it by thanksgiving at least!! Well the presentation of it is nice!!! But after using it a few times it stopped working! I’m kinda upset cause I am passed the return window and there was nothing I could do to return, but, I gave it at Least 3 stars cause the mixing bowls and measuring spoons are nice and work as they should!! I did over pay for mixing bowls and measuring spoons since I actually paid for the set but what ever!! It is what it is!! When it did work it was loud!!!! I’m not sure if that was normal or not, but it was loud and scared away my grandsons and dog when I would turn it on! I ended up tossing the hand mixer cause it made no sense to keep it due to it not working, it was not spinning how it should, It would freeze up and cause me stress, I had to hand mix the ingredients for my pie... which i didn’t find to be fun hence the reason I bought this!! The attachments are ok, they are a little too lightweight and flimsy tho! It’s not the best quality and they didn’t always attach easily!! Sometimes I would have to fight with it to go on or come off it just wasn’t worth the struggle so I bought a stand alone mixer that works fabulous!! So although I’m not happy about this hand mixer I do like the other pieces!!! I can’t recommend or not recommend this cause I’m not sure if my hand mixer was a defect or if it’s just a quality issue!! With all that being said I would say invest in a stand up mixer!! They are much easier to use, they do cost more but it’s faster and more efficient!!! If this hand mixer did work properly I would’ve given it a 5 but I can’t!! For it to only last 4-5 times of using it was not worth the cost I paid!! Hope this was helpful ... show more

This was a lot of good stuff for a pretty reasonable price! I was needing bowls and a mixer pretty quick and didn’t wanna pay an arm and a leg for different sets. I like glass or stainless mixing bowls. These are great and I love the different size bowls. Mixer works just fine too, it is small and I don’t know how long it will last, but for how little I really use one, it is perfect for me. The measuring cups are great as well.
