I’ve used a lot of projectors over the years, both cheap and expensive. Recent advancements have really made these inexpensive home models really good. This is one of the best budget projectors I’ve used. It has electronic focus with controls on the included remote. Keystone adjustment is also electronic, with a manual fine tune knob on the side. A nice variety of input options makes it versatile. It’s very lightweight, making it super portable. The speaker is pretty good for a budget unit, but of course you’re never going to get theater quality sound from a projector. One of the biggest pros is the quietness of the cooling fan. Many models (even expensive ones) have super loud fans that are irritating for anyone setting too close. This one is one of the quietest I’ve come across.     • Perfect for singing pumpkins!
I have to state upfront that I won't be using this projector for movies or gaming, so I can't make any comments on any of it's other features. I am strictly using this for Halloween projections and I am more than pleased with the performance of this projector. Almost every year I look at affordable projectors for this purpose, and this is so far the best one I have ever purchased. It comes with a power cord, an HDMI cord, a lens cleaning kit, and a remote control (all functions are done through the remote). It also has a Bluetooth function. There is a keystone adjustment dial on the side, and there is additional trapezoidal correction and zoom available with the remote. The focus is electric and can only be adjusted using the (clearly marked) remote. The user manual seems well written and easy to follow. The image is brighter than any other projector I have (is it really 700 ANSI lumens? I don't know and can't test that, but it really is the brightest of any others I have). The colors look bright and saturated. The fan is not overly loud, but I will be running it to a wired soundbar for the actual night. I have a playlist loaded onto a standard USB stick that plugs right into the side of the projector. I had a few problems with file management on the stick. I have a Macintosh computer, and Macs will write "hidden" metadata files to the stick along with the actual file. I'm not so comfortable with the Terminal, so I couldn't remove those "hidden" files myself. The projector WILL try to play those hidden files and will throw up a big screen about an unsupported file format. Fortunately, on Apple's App Store there is a third party program called "Blue Harvest" that will remove these files instantly and then everything will play just fine. The projector does not have a built-in sort function, so the files seemed to appear in a random order. Customer service was VERY responsive to my situation (even in the documentation they said they would respond within 12 hours to any inquiries and they did just that. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with their customer service!), and tried to help me resolve it. Unfortunately, they did not have any ideas on how to order my "curated" list. After some trial and error, I discovered that if I drag and drop each file in the reverse order I wanted them to play, the projector showed them in the right order. I think this issue is more of a Mac and Sandisk problem than with the projector though. The best part is the projector will NOT throw up a "Play" icon, file title and/or a black screen between files. There is a one second pause, with the final image still projecting, and the next file will play, making transitions seamless (every other projector I have will do one or more of these things between files and I always had to make adjustments on placing the props or projector to help minimize it). I liked it so much that I bought two more to replace others I have been using, and will play with the trapezoidal correction function to see how far off to the side I can put the projector to hide the "hotspot". Overall, this seems to be a great projector to use for Halloween projections, but I suspect it will be work just as well for movies and gaming too. ... show more

I have another Nisoo projector and I can honestly say this projector is a welcome upgrade to the previous model. The projector delivers crisp and vibrant image. The setting up process was straightforward, and the user-friendly interface makes it very accessible for beginners. It supports various input sources, including HDMI, USB, and wireless connectivity, allowing for flexible usage scenarios. The compact design and lightweight construction make it easy to transport and set up in different locations. Great sound quality, the built-in speakers were loud enough for the location I tested tue projector. I was shouting over sound to speak to my dad which was a good sign. The projector's cooling fan was pretty quiet and not distracting to me. Overall, this Nisoo projector offer an excellent value for the price point, with its impressive image quality, ease of use, and versatility It's a solid choice for home entertainment. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had a couple of previous generations of this projector- but THiS projector easily bests them all! Immediately it’s very noticeable that it’s brighter and sharper! I quickly set this up, putting it on some drums and boxes and projected on a bare wall - even with the lights on, you can see how bright it is! With the lights off, it’s simply stunning! The picture is vivid and the new electronic focus is very responsive and smooth- I just can’t overstate quality, value, and ease-of-use of this new NISOO projector (again, set up within about a minute resting on some drums and boxes). Bluetooth worked perfectly as well, which was a big issue with my old models. I honestly can’t speak about the quality of the speaker, as I’m running audio through my sound bar.
