We bought a Portable Projector years ago to use at a business we had (back up device to show presentation when on site) and to use on a large outdoor blow up screen for movies for the kids. It was loud, got very hot and limited connectivity options to connect different media. Fast forward several years to this projector. It is almost like they listened to everything that to be improved and built into this unit: 1) Inexpensive - Well under $100 for the projector, cables, remote and even a cleaning kit. We just spent that amount for lunch at Olive Garden for 2 people. 2) Very Portable - I keep everything for the projector in a little pouch to keep it all together. I have no problem storying the entire kit anywhere and also it is also extremely light. 3) A ton of connectivity options. The easiest is to just Screencast from a laptop or phone wirelessly. Just takes a minute or two and you are able to project anything you want. Also has direct connection with HDMI, so it you want to wire in from a device, that works too. 4) Very flexible uses - One thing I have been doing recently is throwing the projector bag in my luggage while travelling. If your room is laid out well, you can just use the projector to point right to the wall on the side of your laptop to become an awesome second monitor. If you have issues with free space, just bring a piece of white cardboard (super easy to transport) to act as a screen and you are good to go too. It makes a big difference to have this magical screen pop up to create additional screen real estate beyond your small laptop screen ! As a bonus, since it is so quiet and does not generate much heat, it is barely noticeable and you can focus on your work. Another nice plus is there is a IR receiver in both the front and the rear of the device. It will pick up the remote commands pretty much from anywhere. Very convenient. Lastly, the speaker sounds pretty good ! Better than my laptop speaker. If you are like me and need to listen to music while working, the speaker is nice to improve your music listening experience. Of course, great for movies too! I highly recommend this projector. It is inexpensive enough just have it around if you need it, but flexible and versatile enough that you find many uses for it. Next Up: We have a karaoke machine and bring it to parties. We are going to try to use the projector to connect to the set up to have a huge screen for the lyrics for everyone to follow along. Why I like this projector, it's lightweight, portable, and easy to carry, set up on a tripod, and turns on/off quickly, making it perfect for on-the-go presentations or impromptu movie nights. Despite its small size, the image quality is great. I love the connection options. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, HDMI, wireless screen mirroring, and USB media playback. At a party atmosphere, everyone can share in the fun. One of the most impressive features is the auto Keystone correction. You can access this function in the settings menu. Once activated, it automatically adjusts the image to perfection, eliminating the usual trapezoid effect when projecting at an angle. This feature alone sets it apart from many competitors. The projector also supports connection to Bluetooth speakers, allowing you to enhance your audio experience. It comes with all necessary accessories, including an HDMI cable and power cord, which is a nice touch. Internal sound is nice but for action movies, you may want to connect an external speaker. I wish you could adjust the focus manually instead of having to use the remote. Also, there is no built-in way to adjust the height or angle of the physical projector box itself, so you do have to find some other methods of supporting it if you want it to point in a certain direction other than straight ahead. It does have a port for connecting it to a camera tripod stand so that would be a way of easily adjusting as needed! I use the tripod it works great. Considering its affordable price point, the Dragon Touch projector offers exceptional value. It's rare to find a projector with such advanced features and good performance at this price range. The GOOD: - Lightweight - Portable - Quiet and quick boot up/shut down - Excellent display quality - Connection options (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, HDMI, USB) - Auto Keystone correction - Attractive pricing Could be better: - No tilt adjustment, lays flat - You have to use the remote to focus If you're looking for a portable projector for the office, home, and parties this is the one easy connection option and some great advanced capabilities as well, this is an excellent choice.
