The media could not be loaded. All i can say for now the bike seem to be good for the price, but unfortunately customer support from rid star did not give me any answer to a very simple question i had, basically they ignore my messages and they dont even advertise their phone no for technical support on their website u can only contact them thru email , im wondering why? Hmmm hope that their ebikes are not the ones that will last u for several mos. Then if something went wrong along the way, ur on your own! ... show more

I'm giving 4 stars just cuz the shipping wasn't the best. I bought this bike for my son because he's been getting straight A's. Even though the shipping wasn't to good the company kindly compensated me. He ultimately loves the bike and all the men in my family love and ride it as well! Easy to put together and maintain. The bike squeaks bad , no adjustment on seat Mounting headlight on foam and I'd u fo trail riding it would just eat through it,and no handle bar adjustment. And not round so u can't find mirrors and stuff. So that's the bad now for good the peddle assist works great

We love our Ridstar. It’s been a great bike. Our whole family has used it. On the road, at the beach. We highly reccomend it. We have several other E-bikes and this is one of our best ones.

The break pads came defective. I’ve been dealing with the seller for over a month and still haven’t received replacement parts. Very frustrating!

Got this for our 13 year old son. Has good speed, smooth ride, the build of the bike is good, good size for a 13 year old and something he can keep for years to come. Looks great and was easy to assemble. Love that he can take the batter pack off to charge in a smaller area and love the safety features like the head light and horn and a place to hold his phone and bike lock amongst other small items. ... show more
