Purchased for my son’s birthday and it worked for a week and then the throttle stopped working. I tried to contact Amazon to return but they are not helpful. I’d have to pay over $300 in shipping cost alone to return that will not get refunded and figure out a way to get it to ups. I already paid the shipping when I purchased it, which is steep for being a prime member. Now I’m stuck with this ebike that doesn’t work and a very heartbroken son. ... show more

I can't believe how cheap the tires and tubes are on this bike. My son saved up and bought it. First day both tires are flat. Tires and tubes were so thin don't ever ride on anything but asphalt.

The break pads came defective. I’ve been dealing with the seller for over a month and still haven’t received replacement parts. Very frustrating!
