We really like the feel of the sheets. They feel similar to rayon but not too slippery. I guess it just is your own preference. The pockets are deep but we have a Casper mattress which is not very thick so the fitted sheet has some extra room that has to be tucked under. I'm most definitely not going through menopause. It's just getting hotter and hotter every year. And my tolerance for the heat and most other things/people seems to be evaporating. So I'm always on the hunt for products to alleviate the discomfort of my unrelenting body heat and help prevent sweat at times I'm not trying to be sweaty. I got a new mattress (old mattresses can make you hot), replaced my heavy mattress cover to a lighter one that allowed more air flow, and changed out my comforter to a light quilted blanket. Better, but I would still often wake in the middle of the night clammy and annoyed. I tried other sheets that claimed to be cooling and bamboo adjacent but none of them worked. Then I found these sheets. Worth every penny. They have a nice weight to them that I love and no matter how warm I am, they seem to always stay cool. Stripping down and getting under these sheets is generally the best part of my day. I still sometimes sleep with the a/c and/or a fan on me. But these have helped soo much.
