Product has a nice hefty feeling and the sockets appear to be solid and well constructed. The Ratchet working are fluid and I don't expect any issues using this product for it's intent. Amazon's Packaging of this product was a fail. It was shipped in their standard sealed bag, however instead of this one being completely sealed there was a large hole on one end of at least 3 inches in diameter. Inside where the package was the box the items came in was open on one end. the plastic wrap over the interior contents had ripped and a couple of the sockets had fallen out of their holders and into the bag with the hole. Thankfully neither fell out of the bag but could have! The Ratchet was suppose to be held in place by a plastic clamp, that clamp was Broken and the ratchet if it had slid out of the box would have also been floating around freely in the bag. The only thing missing is the half of the plastic clamp that was suppose to hold the ratchet in place apparently did fall out of that hole in the bag, it's nowhere to be found. I suggest refresher training for whomever is sealing the bags to make sure there are no openings where parts can fall out of the bag. In the picture above the 2 sockets circled in red were floating freely in the bag and luckily they didn't fall out of the hole in the bag. The Extension with the blue star on it was sticking out of the end of the box not in it's holder. The Ratchet was sticking out of the box and you can see where the Plastic Clamp with the yellow green square around it is broken off. That piece of plastic was NOT in the bag so apparently it did fall out of the hole in the bag. ... show more
