My kid received this as a birthday present. The unit looked nice and like it'd be a lot of fun. However, the unit came missing a part. I emailed the manufacturer and they refused to send the replacement part (which literally cost a couple cents, at most). I know not everything will go well 100% of the time but that's why you stand behind your product. I'm now starting to wonder how safe this product is, if they can't even get the basics right. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company. They don't stand behind their product and the manufacturing is substandard. ... show more

While the picture may feature a female with a head wig on, do not be fooled. The lower half of this woman (mid-thighs down) is all fire truck. The rest of the pieces, well, you're going to have to pull those out of some unsavory places, but they do make a great storage pocket for all of the little fire fighter figurines. If need be, you can "detach" the woman portion and store it in a closet for later use. My pre-teen daughter likes to play dress-up with her. My teenage son also likes to play with her, but I'm not sure what he's doing down in the basement. ... show more
