Item arrived as desribed. This item is much more durable than the cheap plastic edge trim received in the kit for another automotive install. The steel inner core really gives this product a nice rigidity and I assume durablity time will tell. Howerver the install was easy and the product gripped really well to the edges on which it was applied. No more sharp sheet metal is exposed and alos it works great as automotive door trim adding another level of protecting other peoples vehicles from my toddler/wife opening their own doors. ... show more

    • Looks and works GREAT!
Absolutely perfect. Took two large thin metal salad bowls and made bathrooms sinks of them, and they were great except that water had a tendency to go up and over the sides. Plus the paint chipped off the rim after a while. So I bought this product and not only does it look GREAT but it serves the dual purposes of stopping the splashing and protecting the rim. Stays on where put too, but can be removed with some effort. Definitely not coming off with casual use. I am also sure it would work great for protecting people against the sharp edges of sheet metal, its intended purpose. ... show more

I put a polycarbonate rear window in my Polaris Rzr UTV but had to cut 3/4 circles out of the top to accommodate speakers. I used this bead on the Enders that I cut so it looks like it was made that way but also so it provides some padding since it’s up against the speakers. Worked perfectly and fits like a glove.     • Heavy & durable, but still easy to install
Heavy and durable, but can still be cut with kitchen shears. Bends easily. And stays put. I used this to trim a hole in sheet metal on a BBQ grill. An LP gas hose goes through that hole. The old gas hose had been abraded and damaged by the edge of the sheet metal. The new gas hose, won't be.
