I am very unhappy right now. This item has arrived 3x now missing pieces. The first two times it showed up missing end caps to the posts, and now one of the end caps to one of the pickets is gone. It's a heavy and awkward box to be hauling back and forth to UPS to return, I have been doing this for months now. Every time I have to take apart the packing where all the pieces slip into each other in a near-perfect fit and then figure out like a puzzle how to fit them back into the box to return it. They are very staticy so a lot of effort is put into wiping off the dust and grass that keeps snapping back onto them as I struggle to box them back up. If you received any with grass on them my apologies! They don't offer the option to just send the missing piece. $100 item. ridiculous! I have been doing this since July and it is now September. All the while the area I have had prepared for it is re-growing weeds...waiting for this item to be installed before I can put down landscaping fabric and plant the bulbs that are now on the last few days they can sit around before being planted. I have no choice but to keep it with the missing piece just to make sure the money spent on bulbs isn't wasted. Amazon offering replacement on the missing piece for something that is missing pieces every single time it is shipped would be a basic good practice for customer retention.
