It does the job for a low price. I do like how easy it is to fold and stow underneath your seat, but my only complaint comes from the shade leaving black marks all over my interior. Black marks can be found on the sun visors and headliner, basically anywhere the shade comes in contact with in the interior. To some, this flaw may be of no inconvenience whatsoever, but to someone with a brand new car with these marks, I notice them every time now. They're also tough to clean -- no cleaning solution has worked for me as of yet (I've tried a few interior and carpet cleaners). ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I use this since now its summer. It comes with a small pouch and easy to fold. We parked our car under 94°F for 2 hours and we returned back, I can tell its no more burning oven car. Recommended.

Pictures I took are only for the legacy. I got lazy and didn't feel like taking pictures for the civic since it's a 2 door and would have to crawl in the back and get all sweaty under my boobs and pits. I ordered the standard one and have tried it on my 2014 Subaru legacy and also tried it on my 2001 Honda civic. For the Subaru, I'd say it blocks out about 97% of the sun which is still pretty good. The rearview mirror was in the way but I got it to cover up most just fine. For the civic, it wasn't a complete failure but the rear view mirror is in the way. You could ghetto-rig it and maybe use some clips if you're lucky. I would personally still order one for the civic. ... show more

Bought this product for my 2016 Mazda3 and decided to try for the first time this type of sunshade instead of the accordion style sunshades. After using it for several months the following are the pros and cons I have found: Pros: --- The product is much easier to install and to store than a traditional accordion style sunshade. --- When folded, it's much easier to hide under the seats than accordion sunshades. --- The form and flexibility of the material makes it easier to cover the whole windshield. NOTE: There are different sizes so I highly recommend to measure the size of your windshield to pick the right size for your car or truck. --- Blocks a considerable amount of sunlight. Cons: --- The product itself is very thin, so while it makes it easier to store, it doesn't completely blackout the sun. ... show more

This is super easy to use. Open and put in window, can't get any easier than that. My GMC Denali sits outside in the Southeastern NC sun all day and this really made a difference. When I get into my truck I can actually sit on the leather seats without being burned. It also keeps the sun of my dash which is important down here in the Southeast. This is our second purchase because we changed vehicles. This is a repeat of my previous review but with a few changes. Living in Florida, we get lots of sun...which is a good thing and a bad thing. It's good because we don't have to deal with harsh Winters. It's bad because not being a native Floridian, Summers in Florida are basically like the Northern States' Winter...you don't want to go out unless you have to. Having said that, this sun shade was the answer for us. We drive a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and I ordered the large based on the charts shown in the product pictures. It fits our vehicle well, blocks out the sun at the windshield, and prevents the vehicle from getting as hot as it would without a sun shade. Of course it is still warm in the vehicle even with this sun shade but I did/do notice a difference when I don't put it up. I did not rate how easy it was to fold the sun shade simply because I haven't tried. I leave it unfolded and stored behind the front seats or in the back of the vehicle if I have passengers. Based on the instructions, it looks pretty simple to fold and store. If you buy this product, I don't think you will be disappointed. Just make sure you look at the charts in the product photos to ensure you get the correct size. ... show more

I purchased Standard Sunshade to fit a Toyota Carolla 2005 and it doesn't fit my car at all. The listed product dimensions are way off of the actual dimensions. It doesn't match the fit depicted in the included card...it takes far too much wrangling to get the product to nest/fit into place w/in the windshield area. Nothing seems to add up here. I pulled dimensions and basically, the product is too short and too wide. Toyota Corolla 2005 Windshield dimensions: 46.75" w x 30.5" h Actual Product dimensions: 55.5" w x 27.5" h Listed Product dimensions: 59" w x 31" h There are a LOT of positive reviews on Amazon and I was lulled into confidence that it would fit - obviously, the product works for many people. And we are only talking $14 here, so there is only so much energy we want to spend on this. Maybe I would be more comfortable if the actual product dimensions matched the listed dimensions - somehow, I feel a bit deceived. ... show more

This product is for real!! We recently bought a Ford Explorer and wanting a big windshield sun shade to protect out new car and just amazed on how good this sunshield works! Really protect our car from the heat of the sun especially we live in Texas where it gets really hot in the summer.
