I live in the Northeast so extreme heat and cold are common place. So far I couldn't be happier, my only regret was my fear of buying a larger size. The clips to hang on a window work fine and the two top cups work fair. The bottom cups are different for some reason and never stick. So the blind is, at best, only okay because the thing will flop around all the time unless you have perfectly vertical windows. Also, with the bottom kind of dangling off the window it becomes an attractive item for little fingers to reach for so, I'm looking for a better option. UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service (Jessica) offering to help. But instead of offering a solution they tried to give me instructions on how to use a suction cup. Are you kidding me? Went back-and-forth with them a few times with her ultimately telling me I should use Vaseline or oil to make it stick better. Who wants to put that crap all over your window. And, frankly, who has the time to deal with argumentative, “customer service”, people over a $20 item. I’m changing my two star review to a one star based on customer service (or rather like there of). My advice is to buy a better product from a better company. BUYER BEWARE. Chalk this one up to get what you pay for and it was very cheap. Got another email asking for my address so they could replace the cups but 1. You have my address because you sent the first item and 2. The replacement items never arrived and it’s been a few months. Obviously they want to have the appearance of being responsive to complaints about defective, low quality, products but in reality they have no desire to resolve any issue. Low quality product. Use suction cups on the top brackets instead of the putting the bracket on the top of the window. The moment you accidentally open and close the window, the brackets break.

These are pretty cheap and flimsy. Thin material. Didn’t block the sun. My 3 year old grandson was able to tare it up no sooner then i installed it on the window. It’s was very simple to install. Didn’t work for me.

When looking for a sunshade on Amazon there were numerous options that were around the same price with similar reviews. I decided on getting two of the EcoNour (on for me and one for the wife) at random because all the sun shades appeared to be very similar. Up receiving the sunshade it was everything I expected (a sunshade with three suction cups). Instilling the sunshade was also not out of the ordinary. About two weeks after instilling the sunshade I noticed both had unsuction from the car windows and fell several times. I know it is not unusual for the suction cups to come detached every now and then, however, I noticed it occurring with increased frequency over the next week or so. I also noticed the suction cups on both sunshades began to curve backwards. A month after receiving the sunshades all of the suction cups were nearly completely inverted and no longer able to stick on the window at all. Please see the attached pictures. I attempted to bend the suction cups back to the correct position however they almost immediately bow back to the inverted position. I emailed EcoNour and informed them of the issue. A few days later i received a generic email with basic instructions on how to attach a suction cup to a window. The instructions did not mention the issue I was having at all. I reached back out to the company and sent photos (the same ones that are attached to the review). Its now been over a month and I have not received a response. In the grand scheme of things I know this is just a inexpensive sunshade, which i have already purchased a replacement for. However I just want to worn other people that purchase this product or any product from this company to expect very little to no help from the customer service department when an issue arises. ... show more
