    • Weirdness from the beginning...
Wanted to use these controllers for my computer for Rocket League. Unfortunately, there was something up from the beginning. Once I connected them to my machine and powered them up, they seemed to pair, but both on the player 1 position. And one of the controllers would rumble constantly. "No problem," I thought. "I just need to configure/set them up properly". So I brought up the controller settings in Steam and found that each of these controllers had about 4-5 different profiles already saved to them. Like, the controllers looked like they were registered to other users in the past. And even more concerning, half of the names associated to these controllers were clearly Chinese characters. It appears that they sent me used controllers instead of the new ones I expected. Even that wouldn't be cause for alarm in itself... but the fact that there is ample history of spy-ware being loaded on USB sticks from shady vendors has me worried enough to not use them any longer. I'm not calling out the vendor specifically, but if there are other profiles attached to these controllers, who knows what could have been loaded on the USB receivers. I immediately disconnected the USB sticks from my machine and discarded of the controllers. I'll eat the cost on these and know better to skimp on controllers from unfamiliar vendors in the future. ... show more

    • Subpar electronics in right joystick.
Was originally considered a great value. Mid January after return window closed one controller started losing control of right joystick. Still didn't worry too much I played mostly one player games and accepted my loss but now after the second controller sat on my shelf for 3 weeks it started developing a ghost joystick. It's not sticky or dirty I even wiped around it just to make sure nothing got dirty. Same right joystick both controllers after a month of usage averaging 2 hour gaming 3 times a week. No drops or rough usage. It just sucks I at least expected a controller to last a year especially since I play solo. ... show more

    • Great value, very pleased
I purchased these two controllers to replace an old controller I had, and didn't want to spent the money on another "name brand." I have been very pleased with these controllers, though if I am to offer some criticism, I will say that if they were just a tiny bit larger, they'd be perfect. But I have larger hands than the average person, so I imagine that most people will be fine with these. Finally, Amazon is asking me to rate 3 categories for this product: 1) Value for Money, 2) Sheerness, and 3) Thickness. What does sheerness and thickness have to do with a PC gamepad?!? ... show more

    • Both broke after a week. Don't buy.
They were much smaller than I thought they would be and as soon as you pick them up you can tell that they are cheaply made. That didn't bother me too much as long as they worked, but they each lasted about a week. They started lagging really bad and then the control sticks would get stuck in a direction. They are now pretty useless as they bug more than they work properly. Would never buy again. ... show more

Initial impressions were great, controllers are comfortable and feel well made. Connected effortlessly to my computer and retropie. But the problem is that the left and right triggers on both controllers do not work at all. I tried 2 different pc's and the retropie machine, and nothing from the triggers. I even used a gamepad tester and the buttons just don't do anything. It's such a disappointment since they are great otherwise. ... show more

    • Good general controllers
They worked fine as regular controllers, though over time they did start showing some small flaws if you game often. They are linked to specific usb receivers, so you HAVE to take care not to lose them or else you won't be able to use the controller anymore. Over time it also seems that the left trigger buttons stopped holding, which I only noticed when I played For Honor and my guard kept dropping. Otherwise they worked pretty good overall as replacements for official controllers from big brands. ... show more

As someone who's played video games on PC since about 2005 I was surprised at how perfect it worked right out of the box and connecting to and playing game on Steam. My only complaint is the bright light. It's blinding if you hold the controller with the light facing you. I have to hold it differently so I can play in the dark. It needs to be turned way down in future builds. Other than that, it works great. ... show more

So if you are playing basic games with this, not emulators or the like.. it does Okay. If you are going to play competitive games or games that cannot handle some delay on the controllers part.. just skip it. Its not worth the money you'll save to realize two months in just how much delay there is. They aren't bad. There is just better. Highly recommend the 8bitdo sn90 or sn90+ especially if you have bluetooth on your pc ... show more
