I got this watch for my kid. Overall, the watch works great with the pre-installed SIM card. However, after I activated the SIM card, there was no signal when I first turned it on. La verdad que en el momento que instale el dispositivo y vi todas sus funcionalidades estuve muy contenta ya que como Mamá podemos tener todo el tiempo el control de nuestros hijos. My son is obsessed with it, it's like a mini phone just for him. The best part is there are no distracting games, just features that keep him connected and safe. I love that we can control the contacts he can call and receive calls from. It gives us peace of mind knowing who he's talking to. The watch also blocks unknown numbers, which is a huge plus. While he can't respond to texts with a keyboard (only voice messages), it hasn't been a problem. The app will notify you after every call and/or message he sends, which is nice but also very bombarding. The service is month to month which is nice. I did the lowest plan of $15/month. One thing that was frustrating while setting up is that after you purchase the plan it takes time (about 10min) for the watch to pick up that it has service. I was trying for 10 min to scan the qr code but it kept giving me an error. I was about to give up and then it worked. First.... Make sure you turn off other watch apps on your phone to set this up. Card activation is a must and then binding. If there is difficulty binding, check for other devices using other apps. This caused the watch not to bind to my phone. Binding is important in order to control the contacts you allow the watch to utilize. Your are essentially limiting the contacts. On the other hand there is a watch badge that allows the child to get contact info for a new friend using another watch. The best thing about this is you can track the phone on the Trackino App. Just like we used to do with our kids with major carriers and paid a premium for the use of GPS. This is a crazy cool device.. They also make them for Seniors. This is a great advancement for communication and not having your child loose their phone, or break an expensive one. ... show more

The Easyfone Trackino KW2 4G Smart Watch for Kids is well made and looks cute. It comes with a pre-installed SIM card. You need to activate the SIM card and subscribe to a plan at speedtalkmobile.com before the watch can make calls or send texts. The best feature of this watch is that parents can track the location of kids using the Trackino app on their phones. Parents can also control which numbers the kids can call in that app. This watch does not have many apps such as videos, music, calculator, or games, which may be preferable to many parents. But one of my 9-year-old boys does not like that because he has seen what his friends can do on their smart watches. ... show more
