This cover is nice for the money. It's not real heavy or thick, but then again we're just covering up a pool table, not trying to keep out a driving rainstorm. Description says covers 7 - 9 ft tables, but mine is 8 ft, and there is not much left over after that. Maybe 12 - 14 inches total, so if you have a 9 ft table, you might want to find a little bigger one. ... show more

I read that it's very thin, but was surprised at how quickly my cat shredded parts of the covering. Still an "okay" value for the money, and serves my purpose, but wish it was a little more sturdy

    • Pay attention to what your buying
I seen alot of people complaining that this item is thin. Idunno what they are expecting for the price but it works great for me. I have a game room in my basement and I use this to cover my air hockey table. Covers the table does its job. It's been on there and still has alot of wrinkles in the material but if I really worried about that I will go lay it in my year in the sun this summer and let it stretch out a bit. Its vynal so its water proof. A drink has already been spilt on it and it did it job perfectly. Soon as I get my pool table installed I will buy another. ... show more

We have cats that we try to protect our pool table from. They love to lay on it and bask in the sun that comes through in our pool table room. This is perfect for our needs.
