I have been wanting these for so many years. They are very comfortable and so cute! Clean up nicely, I get a lot of compliments on them. They are wearing nicely. Great quality! True to size, I wear an 8 and bought a size 8. A few scuffs, but I bought them to wear them!

I love, love, love these shoes. So well made and SO COMFORTABLE (literally some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn). I bought the black ones first and love them so much, I had to get the brown as well. Can dress up or down - they look great with a dress and amazing with jeans. I get compliments wherever I wear them! Sizing - I'm between an 8 and 8.5. I ordered the 8.5 and wear with thin no-show socks. The leather is good quality, but a bit stiff/snug when they first arrive. I followed another review and wore them around the house with thick socks, and they now truly fit like a glove. The media could not be loaded. These are amazing shoes! I’d been looking for for a new pair of oxfords that I could swing dance in that were comfortable, cute, and lightweight. I also needed the sole to be flexible enough to execute complicated footwork and these fit the bill on EVERY level. I am a 6 1/2 with wide feet and I ordered the 7’s. They were a little snug width wise initially, but after I sueded them and took them for a night of dancing, they fit perfectly. I have a narrow heel so my heel does slip up a bit, but it’s not even close to coming out of the shoe and the issue is so minor it wasn’t even worth putting in heel grips. I did try that and I didn’t mind the feel when walking, but they felt too snug when dancing. I tried to include a short clip of my doing a Shag basic so you can see how easy they are to dance in,but I’ve never uploaded a video on here before so who knows if it will work?!🤷🏾♀️ The only issue I really had with these is that there was some damage on the side of the shoe. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the damage until after I sueded them and I couldn’t return them so I’m a little peeved that there seems to be some quality control issues, hence taking off a star. For $85 , I do expect my shoes to be perfect before I put them on my feet.🧐 That said,I’m definitely going to buy another pair because they are 5 star dance shoes. I do wish they had them in navy and white in my size, but the company seems to be completely out of that size *I LITERALLY scoured the whooooole internet searching for them*so I bought another pair in black and white. I’ll make sure to scrutinize them with a fine toothed comb before I suede them this time though! I definitely think they are worth the money and the black and white ones are around $56 on Amazon which is much cheaper than they are on the company website so I’d snap those up before they increase in price! ... show more

When I was in HS back in the 70s I remember them being very heavy to wear. When I saw these I suddenly decided to get them and you know what? These aren’t heavy! They are soft and light with nice leather material and good stitching. Very comfortable to wear.

I ordered these specifically for an upcoming two week trip because I wanted an elegant alternative to sneakers. I walked ten miles on them almost everyday and they were so comfortable: no blisters, no sore feet from friction -though obviously I would end up in pain because no shoe can spare you from that after walking for several hours a day-. Even though they have a regular toe box it is wide enough for the toes to spread comfortably. I ordered half a size up and wore thick socks before traveling to break them in. During the trip, I wore them with thin socks and a very thin insole for added cushioning. They look good with either trousers or skirts and the olive/tan goes with many color combos. Even though they are suede, they were undamaged when it rained during the trip. Only downside is that due to supination, the heel is already worn after two weeks of walking on asphalt. I normally wear a 7-7.5 and have a wide foot. I read all the reviews and I sized up 1/2 size and ordered a 8 wide. This shoe was way to big I am returning and I ordered a 7.5 wide this shoe fits better however I think I could have ordered a 7 wide and the 7 would have fit fine. I`m going to keep the 7.5 if I want to wear a thicker sock or want to add an insole for even more support. Most of the reviews said this shoe runs small for me that was not the case.
