My son has very sensitive skin, we can only use untreated organic cotton diapers or he gets awful rashes. We have tried every diaper cream out there and he even has a prescription one. This is the only one that consistently works. You can also use it for scrapes and any other area of the body. Its a bit expensive but worth the price and you only need a little at a time. we apply 1-2 times a day preventatively unless he has a rash, but he hasn’t had one in months using this. One jar lasts us a while, a little over a month. notes -get a babybumco or some other spatula to make it more sanitary than using your finger/hands dipped inside the jar every time. -after a while, the cream gets a bit grainy/dry and has small particles from being a little dry. I close the jar tightly after each use so not sure why. this doesn’t usually happen until i’m almost finished with it anyways, but for the price it would be better to be able to use every bit of product. ... show more

I love this diaper balm. My baby is 3.5 months old and has never had a rash. I do use Honest diapers and change her diapers every 2-3 hours during the day or sooner I f she poops. I do not, however, change diapers over night, so she stays in the same diaper for 10-12 and still never had a rash. Her bottom is SO soft I sometimes wonder if I can use this balm as her body lotion as well, since she has dry skin everywhere EXCEPT for her bottom.
