I have purchased so many expensive, stereo headsets only to have people complain about not being able to hear me. Mind you, I could hear them and music fine. I also realized I was only wearing one ear at a time so I could hear everything around me at the same time. And I kept losing a single earbud whenever I put on a face mask. I'M SO GLAD I READ THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS HEADSET! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HEADSET!!! HERE ARE 10 REASONS YOU SHOULD BUY THIS HEADSET: 1. Everyone hears me clearly and I hear them, music and podcasts clearly. 2. My controls are back on the headset WITH REAL BUTTONS. I didn't realize how much I missed being able to control my volume without needing 2 earbuds, let alone having to learn new tap / hold combinations with every brand change of earbuds. 3. I no longer hang up on people by mistake! There were SO many times I hung up on people just trying to put my earbuds in my ears. 4. Mute is a simple, dedicated button! 5. The case is lightweight, but work perfectly and is not overly bulky. The headset paired easily and I was using it within a few seconds of opening the box. The fit on and in my ear is great. There are extra rubber earpieces. The sound is excellent and the noise cancelling is also very good. I have not used it in extreme noise or wind, but have used it with other conversation nearby, outside and in the car and those I have speaking with hear me clearly without background noise. I have not ran the battery completely dead, but have came close and I have used it for over 12 hours of voice conversation or video/music/podcast playback without it dying. It charges fast in the case and the case also seems to charge quickly. Overall, I am highly satisfied and highly recommend. NOTE: I have owned multiple Plantronics headsets very similar to this over the years and this one performs similarly at a far less price. ... show more

I had a wireless earpiece that lasted 2 1/2 years. I used it for work since I'm a Customer Service Rep and the incoming calls are endless for 8 hours. I had tried about 6 other wireless earpieces and the feedback on those were that I sounded muffled, they would disconnect on their own, I couldn't hear the caller, static, etc. Then I purchased this wireless earpiece, I was so nervous the first time but I had a co-worker call in and she said that I sounded like I was sitting right next to her. My voice was clear, no background noise, no static, doesn't disconnect and I can hear every caller. I also found with this earpiece is that it's not heavy, it's very comfortable and the fact that the part that goes in your ear swivels makes a huge difference from others whereas you adjust it to your comfort based on the opening of your ear. The price was also a determining factor since it's not in the hundreds. It is well made, sturdy and the charging case keeps it secure from damage while charging. The charge outlasts others I've tried, I can walk around my apartment while on a call, so the distance is great too and the buttons on the piece are very easy to use.
