It is a light formula, so it doesnt have much staying power, but gives a lovely flush of color. Great for a no-makeup makeup look. Would buy again. Planning on buying a bunch for gifts. I have loved Clinique Black Honey for many, many years. When I heard that e.l.f. was introducing an affordable dupe, I thought I'd give it a try. What I love: The shade is nearly identical to the Clinique version. The lipstick color is just beautiful. You can go from a light slip of color, to building up to a richer deep red. The feel is soft and I like the moisturizing properties. Some reviewers have complained about the packaging, that the cap can crack or comes off too easily. I have not experienced this. What I don't love: Longevity is minimal, and touch-ups are frequent. This product is glossy, and it is moist. However, in the tube it looks like a dark berry, but when I put it on it looks orange-ish red. It’s horrible. The color in the tube is beautiful but as soon as you get it on your lips and in natural light it looks like a completely different color. I hate it.
