This brow gel is clear but not shiny. It has a nice applicator, like a mascara wand. One end is marked for brows and one is marked for lashes, but I used both on my brows and cannot tell the difference. I’ve been using this since it came out and still absolutely love it! I initially tried the Elf Brow Lift and it was good, but I find this to be way easier to use and more convenient for quick applications. The gel is very wet when using a new tube, so I just apply a little to my eyebrows and then shape with a clean spooly. I use both sides (the lash and brow) only for my eyebrows and not my lashes, but I would imagine you’d have to do the same process of grabbing a clean spooly if you did your lashes since it applies very wet. Once applied my brows stay in place all day and I have never noticed any breakouts or irritation even having very sensitive skin. ... show more
