I have a 2014 Chevy suburban. This thing gave my suburban better performance. And for some reason it idles smoother. I’ve had it for 2 day, 1st day ran errands and 2nd day to work. It works perfect and I didn’t really see a change in fuel consumption. Awesome product. Well worth it.

This is the second one of these i have purchased and both worked perfectly. I did see some reviews that many of these types of devices will drain the battery but I haven't seen that happen for me but I typically don't have my vehicle sit for more than a week. I would like to see this a little shorter, I have bumped my leg on it a couple times but I would have this complaint about all of them. ... show more

I was skeptical on anything that only cost $39, But it worked just like it said it turned off the V4 mode stays in V8 mode and no more clicking and clanging and banging when it was in the V4 mode

You cant go wrong with this. Dont buy the higher priced ones. This one works just as good. Been using for 2 months now and never had an issue. Using on a 2013 Yukon 5.3. Stays in V8 mode all the time. Has not went into V4 mode since using. My fuel mileage has actually increased since using. I was getting 14.9 mpg with DOD/AFM working. Now that it is disabled and in V8 mode all the time my mileage is now 15.9 mpg. Such a difference in how the vehicle drives now using this. I would recommend this to anyone who owns a GM with DOD/AFM. BTW. When you start your vehicle the 2 lights on the right start to blink. Then after a couple seconds they stay on. Those 2 lights stay on when you are idling. Once you put it in Drive and start moving then all 4 light come on. ... show more

Simply plug in, locked in v8 mode, no difference in mpg if there is it's less than .5 mpg, I like the throttle response better and would order this again, hopefully this will be an insurance premium on my lifters and cam, what gets me if I give 60 thousand for a truck I want reliability, next time it will be a tundra screw chevrolet and the white horse they ride on. ... show more
