I’ve struggled to find a flavored protein powder I like. I’m lactose intolerant so for years I used just plain whey protein isolate (no flavors, no nothin’). Most flavored proteins either add lactose in some form, have a ton of extra junk or artificial sugars, have weird/fake “too-sweet” flavors, or don’t mix well. I gave this a shot based on a few different online reviews of different LF protein powders and I’m IN LOVE. Minimal ingredients and a decent price for a quality protein powder. They blend incredibly well and a create a smooth, creamy drink or shake. Sometimes protein (when mixed with water alone) can feel slimy to me and it’s really unappealing. This stuff mixes super fast and smooth. And the flavors? NAILED IT. I’ve now tried the chocolate brownie and the fruity pebbles, both of which are amazing. The chocolate brownie has a rick chocolatey flavor without being overly sweet. I first tried it blended with frozen banana and a tiny bit of lactose free milk powder and water. Killer. The Fruity Pebbles I tried with water alone (mixed with a hand frother) so I could evaluate the flavor and texture better. It honestly tastes exactly like Fruity Pebbles or the cereal milk. It’s one of the few fruity cereals I can have since I’m also GF, and it’s a flavor I know well. This powder nailed it and again, no overly it fake sweetness. Great taste! Powder has a nice consistency in texture. Mixes and dissolves great with water. The versatility of drinking 30 minutes before working out to stay full, then doubling the scoop for high protein post work out shake has had amazing results as well as using it as a meal supplement to add protein intake. My muscles feel “full”, and strong threw out the week without feeling bloated or like I’m packing on extra fat. Next day delivery is super convenient. This is by far the best Cookies and Creme protein powder I've ever had. It tastes more like the ice cream than any other. I've had a few other brands that have little crunch balls in it but I didn't like those. This powder blends really easily with water, tastes great, and hydrolyzed. I feel like my muscles have gotten bigger because I'm supplementing with quality protein. My only complaint with ISO100 is the price, but you get what you pay for ... show more

This is definitely one of the better tasting protein powders I’ve tried since starting my weight loss journey. It does have that “dough” like flavor (or note I should say?) but overall, it is just a sweet vanilla powder. It also kind of reminds of Frosted Flakes flavor for some odd reason. I will not give it a full 5 stars though, because I hate that it only has 20 servings. Which is insane if you’re using this every single day. It’ll only last 20 days. So value for money is not great. 25 grams of protein per scoop is pretty decent. I’d say it dissolves a bit easier than other brands I’ve tried as well. I’ve tried many chocolate and vanilla/cake protein powders. Most of them would be okay for the first few drinks, but would become annoying after a while. It would either become a bother to mix or I would have to add something in order to bear the taste. This powder was different. It mixed in smoothly with water and with milk. It has such a great texture when mixed. I personally enjoy mixing it with water since it makes it just creamy enough without being too thick. I usually prefer milk for a better taste with protein powders so that says a lot on how great this one tastes with water. It has a nice rich chocolate flavor without being too overbearing. I got this protein powder because I need to start getting better with what I consume and I know that I need to be eating more protein for my body. I also needed to switch up my breakfast. It was only half filled when I got it. I made a shake with it and added banana, peanut butter, and unsweetened almond milk with vanilla. It tasted really good and blended together really well. Drank it in the morning for breakfast and it works great as a meal replacement. I stayed full until lunch. I also like that it was low in sodium unlike other protein powders, as I need to watch my sodium intake, and low in calories. Will definitely buy again. ... show more

I absolutely love this stuff. I started using this particular one almost a year ago and I now insist on this being "The one". Outstanding value, with an unrivaled taste. Great results. This stuff right here is the real deal. While using this, I can continuously work out the same muscle groups with little to no recovery time.
