Description

Prismed, a patterned tumbler plays with light capturing and reflecting it, giving the beverages inside both depth and tone. Founded in 1939, Duralex has been manufacturing tempered glassware and tabletop products for over 80 years in La Chappelle-Saint-Meshing in the very heart of France. These glasses look lovely and feel very sturdy. However they are smaller than stated on the box. Even when filled to the brim, the volume was under 16 oz. Will give them a spin before deciding to keep or return.

A nifty and user friendly 6 ounce juice glass. Perfect size, and designed for everyday or company use. One glass had a very slight nick at the top or I would have rated it a 5 rather than 4. These cups have dropped across a 10ft room, onto hard wood floor and haven't shattered. I would give these a 5* if not for some scratches on the cup from production. I love these cups and would recommend.

I like everything about these glasses but they are not the advertised 17.75 ounce. They are 16 ounce and I miss that extra 1.75 ounces. these glasses are much better than the libby set i recently returned. very heavy with no visible flaws and the sides are much thicker. good every day glasses that are durable. would have given them 5 star but i would have liked the glasses to have less taper with a bit larger base. I liked the blue versions of these cups and bought the clear ones after a couple of the blue ones broke (FYI, when they break, it’s in a million pieces. One broke in the dishwasher, not fun cleaning out all those pieces). I noticed the clear cups rock a little on the table whereas the blue ones don’t. I only ordered one set so don’t know if they’re all made like that but this set is, they all have uneven bottoms. I don’t know what that means for durability. The glass is durable and easy to hold. However, the glasses I received do not hold 17.75 oz as stated. The glass hold 12 ounces, 14 ounces to the very top. I bought wanting a glass that was not heavy, but provided for more than the typical 12 ounces. So I’m disappointed by the size and gave 4 stars.
