These were a little smaller than I expected, I was hoping the extra 3/4 of an oz would be enough to comfortably hold 8 oz, but it's not quite enough extra room to hold 8 oz and still comfortably move the glass around. That said I am very happy with these. They are microwavable, so I can heat milk up in them for my coffee. This is what I saw when I opened the Amazon package. Surprisingly, none of the Duralex tempered glass was damaged. Tempered glass is a terrific product and these Duralex water glasses are a great value.

I bought these because I thought they looked like the thumbnail - wide. They are not. They are tall glasses that are narrow at the bottom and flute towards the top. Still great! Duralex is an excellent brand. I have their bowls and plates and they are very hard to break!
