  • Our 1yr old daughter lovers Duck and Goose!
Our daughter is a big fan of these books, probably because she loves ducks. They are age appropriate for her as they have few words so you can turn the page before she loses attention. This book only has one or two words on each page so she will probably outgrow it quickly, but she likes when you act out the different emotions on each page. Very cute. ... show more

  • Short and sweet
My daughter loves duck and goose! This one is short and sweet but gives a little picture of what a feeling might look like.

  • Great for age 1-4
Perfect for helping our toddlers learn to identify emotions. Our oldest likes to use his imagination to describe why duck and goose are feeling the ways they are.

  • Good intro to teaching feelings
Some of these feelings are tricky for my two year old to understand (hopeful, frustrated), but overall, a good start to teaching emotions

  • 1-5 Year Olds
This book has 1 word per 1-2 pages, simple (as in not busy/too much going on) illustrations that match each feeling for easy comprehension, and is cute as can be for ages 1-5 years. My 1 yo loves it but it is also level appropriate for kindergarteners and early first graders to teach feelings. Plan to get more Duck & Goose books in the future! ... show more

A family favorite for the wee ones. One word per page accompanied with beautiful, fun illustrations to convey the emotion.
