I love this double sponge holder so much, I bought two!!! They sit on my kitchen sink. The most important thing to me is keeping my sponges clean and free from bacterial growth. Bacteria flourish in warm wet places. The Scarlettewares sponge holders let your sponges dry out completely which kills any germs that might keep growing otherwise. I have a slot for every sponge: one for dishes, one for counters, my nylon Dobie scrubby, and one for my hubby’s sponge (he likes to keep his super soapy). I couldn’t live without these!!!     • Solved my issue
I have two sponges: one for the dog bowl, and one for actual dishes. Nothing else I have found has been able to hold two sponges apart, and dry them while not having some major drawback (mold under a double-sink saddle, suction cups that don't ever work, two separate holders that now take up my whole sink back, etc.) This has none of those issues and keeps my sponges dry and orderly. Only possible improvement would be more weight as this is light enough that it moves a bit when I replace the sponge. ... show more

Functional and stylish (which is kind of funny to say since it’s a sponge holder). I’ve had a few people comment on it which should say something since...it’s a kitchen sponge holder! Not exactly a conversational piece of art normally, lol! Sponges dry out and don’t get stinky like other holders I’ve had, washes easily, looks great.     • Best sponger holder ever!
I have had many sponge holders, and this is, hands down, the best! It allows the sponges to air dry, looks great on the cabinet, and holds 2 sponges. It does require a saucer of some sort underneath it, as there is a hole in the bottom to allow the water to drain.

    • Really love Scarlettwares sponge holders
This is my third! They are elegant, look classy on the countertop, and keep sponges dry without making a mess. Pretty simple to clean the holder too -- you can just hand wash or run through dishwasher, and the smooth ceramic makes it easy. I'm very happy with these.
