There appears to be no way to use this camera without allowing remote access to personal data on your phone, your camera feed, and your internal network. I'm basing this on detailed reports from a major online virus and behaviour analysis site. The app requests extensive permissions, and has links to domains with little or no information about them online. In my opinion, privacy is a vital part of security, and this devices requires you to give up privacy in order to use it. If you are not concerned about privacy, this camera has a lot of nice features. For that reason, I will give it 3 stars. If privacy is important to you, I recommend that you buy a camera that does not require a data collecting app in order to work. ... show more

So this camera does what it is advertised to do. It has two cameras, one fixed, one that can move to look around. My huge issue with it are that it’s supposed to be an outdoor security camera, and yet it feels as if it’s made of really cheap materials and to make matters worse, it’s bigger than any camera I’ve ever seen. There’s no way someone won’t spot this from a mile away. While I wasn’t expecting a hidden or spy camera by any means, this is just obnoxiously large. I feel like it makes it look cheap and tacky. I'm fairly happy with this camera. It has both a fixed and rotating camera (dual cameras). Image quality is good and audio quality seems decent. The setup process was fairly decent, some minor hiccups, but nothing too bad. It also has a PA system, with a fairly loud speaker. It does have lights you can turn on and off remotely as well. The app did ask me to put in an email address to setup an account, however (so far) I didn't experience any "nonsense" like I've seen with some other camera-apps that try to force you into buying cloud storage. The fixed lens (top) combined with the tracking lens (bottom) creates a super wide lens camera. The app is easy to navigate, and the video quality is decent. The night vision works well, and the human-zoom-tracking feature is truly exceptional; it tracks humanoids and automatically zooms in for details. You can choose from a vast variety of alarm sounds, including fire alarms, ambulance sirens, anti-aircraft alarms, as well as dog barking, cat meowing, horse neighing, cow mooing, and more.
