Let me start off with the good. The results are very nice and seem like they’ll hold up well. They were easy to apply (I bought some thrift store items to up-cycle and test on and was very happy with the results). They are a nice size and have vibrant colors The down side is the text. The grammar is comical on the “you is” set. The odd placement and font and switching the fonts on some is very odd and makes them read funky. THE GOOD NEWS is that most of them you can just cut the font out and just use the images (I did this for the one on the back of a shirt) . Unfortunately one of my favorite designs was completely unusable because the font is right in the center and overlaps. I may cut the image in two and stick in my own text somehow but not sure if that will work, so for now I’ve deemed it unusable. depending on your goals for these, they may or may not be for you. You can definitely utilize parts of some and all of others (many are just fine as is). Just know you may also be disappointed. ... show more

I absolutely adore the butterfly pictures! They are gorgeous and beautiful and just the perfect size for my mini canvas totes. Initially, all I saw were the butterflies. But then I looked closer and started to read some of the writing....oh, boy. I'm thinking they should have just left the writing off entirely. I don't really associate a whole lot of the words and statements with matching the butterfly look and vibe. So, wherever I can, I just cut the words out entirely. That's just unfortunate. But, other than that, I will say this is an awesome value for the size and the quantity! When I usually see this quantity being offered, the transfers are pocket sized. It also helps that these are super easy to use (I had no issues with the heat transfer) and, again, just a lovely quality, style and design. I definitely wanted to find more of these kinds of pictures (hopefully, without any words) because I wanted to create a whole style around them. ... show more

I really like butterfly and flower motifs when I am crafting. When I saw these, they looked like they would be perfect to make into quilt squares for a lap quilt. They only problem that I had with them is I didn't care for some of the sayings on them. I was able to trim off the sayings that I didn't particulary like except for two of them. I set myself up with everything I needed to transfer these onto fabric. I had gotten 12 pieces of fat quarter cotton (ASIN B0CQ2BNPM3) that had a lovely hand and was perfect for what I was doing. I had also gotten some Teflon sheets (ASIN B0DK5B8RB6 ) the same day I got these transfers so I tried them out with this project. I have a small ironing board to the left of my sewing machine which has a wool pad on it and the Teflon sheets fit with some space leftover, so perfect. I used a Teflon sheet under the fabric, then the transfer, and another Teflon sheet, and then used my Calogy Heat Press Machine (ASIN B0CHVQPXLP) for the recommended amount of time. Because the botton of the heat press machine was about the same as the transfer, I didn't have to move it much so I didn't get smearing, ripples, wrinkles, etc. When it was cool enough, I removed the transfer sheet. They looked beautiful. The fabric with the transfer felt soft to my hands and wasn't stiff. I was very happy with how they turned out. When I was finished, I think I ended up with 19 squares (I believe I got an extra transfer). I will cut them down to size, etc. at a later date, but wanted to see how they would work and I was very pleased. While looking for the white fabric that I knew I had, I also found a package of flower print fat quarters, so I have fabric that will go with the butterfly blocks to make, I think, two lap quilts. I enjoyed using these and saw how having the correct equipment when making a project can help it to go faster and turn out correctly. So much of my crafting life, I always had to make do, but not anymore. I appreciate the opportunity to use these transfers. Thank you. ... show more

These butterfly designs are very pretty and they apply well - mostly. The "I am worthy" on the cotton tote bag applied pretty well, but a few of the letters did not stick, I think because they were so thin there just wasn't enough adhesive on the back. The design on the maroon fabric worked perfectly, even though the black lettering doesn't show (I didn't think it would and I'm okay with it). The issue I have is that there are six transfers which are, in my opinion, not useable. The grammar on three of them is problematic for me, one has the text overlapping itself so it can't be read, and two have lettering that blends into the image and can't be read. All of that being said, they are lovely designs that apply like the directions say, and are a good price, even if you don't use them all. ... show more
