I gave a bad review at first bc I was having issues with the white ink not going on evenly and pulling. I didn’t have this issue until I switched out the DTF film (new to this brand). After working with customer service, they sent me new ink and new powder. It was like night and day. I also had issues with my previous powder leaving an oily residue feeling and with the new powder, I don’t have that issue anymore. I WILL be ordering from this company again.
