Seems well built. Should hold ice for a long time. Only complaint is the latch design. The bottom of the latches are curved and have a small space to fit one finger in and pop it open. I really like how the latches lock down but I have big hands and it's a bit hard to get my finger under the bottom to open them. After using the cooler a bit it started to hurt my hands after repeatedly opening the latches. I took the liberty to sand down the corners and remove some of the plastic on the latches to allow more space for my fingers to pop it open. I then directly contacted the company and informed them of the issue. They got back to me quickly and said they would foreward the info along to their product design department for future updates. I would still buy the cooler but take the extra 30 mins or so to sand the latches down. Makes opening the cooler so much easier! I've included before and after pictures of the latches. *UPDATE* So after having the cooler for 14 months I would say I'm mostly satisfied. The cooler holds ice better than the generic Wal Mart coolers but doesn't hold ice for as long as stated. For reference, I have been a bit harsh on this cooler and it has held up well. It lives most of it's life in my truck and only has some minor scratching. Something I would expect out of any rotomolded cooler. After sanding down the latch handles I am very happy, I would say it's the best latch design of any cooler on the market. Unfortunately, today I went to use the cooler and noticed that one of the rubber pieces on the latch handle had ripped in half. After doing some research, I learned that the warranty is only 12 months and is now expired because I had the cooler for 14 months. I ordered a new handle for $8 but still somewhat disappointing considering I've only had the cooler for a little over a year. ... show more

This is a quality cooler. I wasn't overwhelmed by length of time ice stayed ice. I have coolers close to the same as this one, but, it is well built. I would think this could take a fall or two and hold up. I got the little rack to go inside and I am glad I did. It is almost necessary for small items you would put inside. I was in 100 degree heat for 24 hours and even though the ice melted the water inside stayed cold. ... show more

It's a good cooler. Doesn't hold ice in it as long as advertised. My father in law is in the nursing home and uses this because they don't allow refrigerators. He has to add ice daily to every other day and its never outside or in the heat. Since it advertises 10, I gave 4 stars.

Was great on a weekend trip to Austin, Texas. It held ice for 2 days and continued to stay cold for the remainder of the time. Reason for not 5 stars is melted ice but the inner temperature of the cooler just seems to go from 32F to 37F just enough to melt the ice.
