This is my first experience with dried pampas grass. Having acquired a couple of new vases, I was anxious to fill them with something. Ordered this assortment of pampas grass and fiddled with it to see what I could come up with. I was not expecting the aroma that it gave off - rather pleasing at first, then became somewhat overwhelming, throughout my apartment. In a couple of days, however, it has dissipated a bit. I'm quite pleased with the outcome. The stems are brittle and do create something of a mess if you don't work with it over a trash receptacle. Since sunlight is not plentiful this time of year, I fluffed it out a bit, not with a hair dryer, but with an air duster, designed for a computer keyboard. It works. ... show more

This bouquet is large, I have it separated and even some mixed into others now. The generous amount of stems are durable, have nice color, and a very natural look. I think I will enjoy it best around Thanksgiving. It's dark red pieces will make for an elegant centerpiece .

This set of dried pampass grass is beautiful. They came packaged up nicely. I took them outside to open them up and shake them out and not as much came off as I thought would. I didn't lose any of them and non broke when I got them out and shook them. I took them inside and I got them all to fit into 3 smaller vases and they are a great addition to my living room. The only time I had an issue with any of the feathers/flowers falling off is when I dropped the vase onto the floor. Other than that, I have had no problems with shedding. The arrangement of these pampas are great, the reed ones are my favorite, the others I could do without but they add a finishing touch to the reeds. I would highly recommend. ... show more

This bundle of Pampas grass is so fun. I got a few different flowers mixed up with this bundle and made this pretty Farmhouse design in a 6" tree trunk vase. So pretty!

The colors and decor for my living room is really nice. The only things is that the flowers are dry and they shed and a few broke taking them out of the band they come in. The feathers will fall onto your table or wherever you place them making a mess, so be careful. You have to be gentle and once you arrange them to your liking, do not touch and you will be fine. The grass decor comes with so much to work with - 90 pieces doesn't sound like a lot when you're considering making an arrangement, but this was so much to work with. I mixed in a few floral pieces from another order I made to spruce it up even more, but I love the rich tones and the big plumes. This really helped to fill out a blank space I couldn't fill up before. I might cut a few more down to make more elevation, but otherwise, this bouquet works great for what I needed it for.
