Got this for my granddaughter, she was over the moon. Good size, the wings are super sturdy and big, no chance of breaking off which was very important as she sleeps with it. I ordered, and paid for, a new doll, for my granddaughter’s birthday. That’s not what came. I understand that sometimes dolls are returned, and resold. But this was something very different. Not only was the package damaged, it had been abused, and, ineptly prepared for sale. 1. The front of the package was torn: Picture #1 2. The rear of the box had a random sales sticker applied, for something golf related—listed as “Adult Unisex: Picture #2 3. The box had been taped closed in 6 places, and whoever did the taping was inept. It was bubbled, crooked, and in one case, not fully pressed into place, and so, bubbled, peeling, and, a bit diagonal: Picture #3. That they shopped a supposedly new doll in that condition, rather than listing it separately for sale, as-is, is inexcusable. ... show more
