I bought a pair according to the "suggestion" of ordering a size smaller. I sent them back right away and ordered the actual size I wear. I need an 8, the suggestion was a size 7.5. It was too short and too tight across the toes. I took the time to read the entire description with measurements. The size 8 (my second try) fits perfect. They are comfortable. The moral to this story is take the time to look at the measurements they give you online and measure your foot before ordering. I would order again. ... show more

I normally have no issue wearing my usual size 9 -- I never have to purchase 9 Wide. I believe my feet are average width and length. You HAVE to wear these with socks, at least I did, because these gave me the worst blisters on my heels I've had in forever. I didn't even walk all that much the day I wore them (because I could tell they would give me blisters.) It seemed to me that the back of the shoe was too stiff, a tad too small. These shoes look very nice and seem well made. But when I tried them on, they were too big in many areas. They slipped off my heel because they were too long.(I ordered my regular size 9). The toe box was wide and fit with room to spare, so probably would not fit a narrow foot. The worse part was that the shoe was wide open on the sides and did not close on the sides of the foot at all. Talk about a gap! It was not a great fit or good look at all. This shoes were very nice, comfortable and dressy, but unfortunately, they were half a size too big. I ordered the eight and a half first, but they were too close to my big toes. I returned them and ordered size 9, which was half a size too big. I donated the shoes.
