I got the shoes in black and they were really nice. Ankle Strap was a good size and comfortable. The block heel was a good height, not too much heel. They are fairly easy to walk in too. I was looking for a sexy shoe that didn't have a high heel. The struggle to find that was real!!! This shoe was a back against the wall, last minute purchase for an event that was coming up within a couple of days. Aesthetically, we see how pretty this shoe is, but I was surprised at how comfortable, supportive and sexy they were and how well they looked on my feet. I'm in love with the thick ankle strap. Only wore them for 2 hours for my son’s wedding. Purchased half size bigger than I would normally get due to them being narrow at the toe. Liked that they had a shorter heel for comfort. After 10 minutes of wearing them, my feet were not liking them and an hour in, the insole became detached in one of the shoes and that foot was pissed. Could not wait to get them off. ... show more

I probably don't need to add to the positive reviews, but... I'm going to. I bought these because I needed shoes with thicker heels for an outdoor vineyard wedding, and flats wouldn't have looked right with my dress. I don't wear heels often anymore, so I figured all of the reviews saying they were comfortable might not apply to me. Boy was I wrong. I didn't wear them at all before the wedding, and I was on my feet most of the evening, and I felt zero pain or discomfort. None. I also started wearing them to work occasionally as a high school teacher, and while it's not like I'm on my feet the entire day, I do stand and walk around a lot, and they don't cause any pain. But the thing that made me write the review was yesterday when I wore them to an event in the city and walked at least 18 blocks during the day. I think I was at about 9000 steps. This would have been fine in sneakers, but I was wearing these... and my feet were completely FINE. No problem walking, no real pain, no blisters, nothing. There was one tiny spot on the top of my foot that got a little rubbed by the time I was almost home, but after all that walking, for that to be it? Amazing. Now I just have to stop myself from ordering 5 more pairs haha I am pretty consistently a size 8 in shoes but I’m wearing a 7.5 in these. ... show more
